Le BIM conna\u00eet un succ\u00e8s grandissant dans le secteur de la construction car il offre de nombreux avantages. Il permet entre autres de mieux anticiper les contraintes de chantier, de favoriser la collaboration entre les diff\u00e9rents intervenants et de communiquer efficacement avec le client. Ce travail en amont permet donc de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de construction en limitant les impr\u00e9vus.<\/p>\n

Pour vous le d\u00e9montrer, nous vous proposons un retour d’exp\u00e9rience r\u00e9ussie sur un grand projet de r\u00e9novation, la Gare martime de Bruxelles. Mais cette possibilit\u00e9 d’anticiper gr\u00e2ce au BIM est \u00e9galement \u00e0 la port\u00e9e des petites structures notamment pour extraire des quantit\u00e9s et faciliter votre remise de prix. Ce sera l’objet de la deuxi\u00e8me pr\u00e9sentation anim\u00e9e par un sp\u00e9cialiste du CSTC.<\/p>\n
